The Coachbar Dev team periodically issues updates to the code base that affect the end user. Please expand each section to see the updates made in 2023.

Feature 1: Ability to select a pricing model and pricing type for the services software consultants offer

Introduction:

Now, when a software consultant fills in a service that they offer, we have added the ability to select a pricing model and pricing type which creates a more detailed description of the service in the eyes of an SMB.

Feature 2: Adding softwares to your system grid from the specialization page

Introduction:

A software can be added to your system grid(s) from the specialization page without needing to go to the system grid and edit every single time.

Feature 3: Option to delete manually created referrals.

Introduction:

If a referral is added manually or imported via CSV, it is possible to delete it.

Option to delete manually created referrals. Now if a referral is added manually or imported via .csv, it is possible to delete it.

Feature 2: Claim a software consultant profile that is present in the database

Introduction:

When a user comes on the signup page, and user enters the company name and email for signup with Coachbar as a software consultant, if any relevant company profile is found within our database, then we will display a window of search results with matching companies.

Feature 3: Implementing Profile Completion Metrics

Introduction:

We are implementing Profile Completion Metrics to Pass them to Marketing for Encouraging Activities. NOTE: we plan to implement the page for the display of the profile completion in the software consultant portal. The workflow for marketing is planned for the next stages.

Feature 4: Updating the list of industries on the Services page in the software consultant portal

Feature 5: Integration with HubSpot

Introduction:

Integration with Hubspot to sync data from the software consultant Coachbar portal to the software consultant Hubspot.

Feature 6: Implementing ICP page

Introduction:

Now you can provide a detailed description of the type of customer or company that is the best fit for your service. Creating ICPs will help your business identify and target the most promising prospects and focus your marketing and sales efforts more effectively.

Introduction:

As a UI/UX improvement, we have added links to the subscription page throughout the system making it easy for the user to access the subscription page from anywhere in the system

Feature 2: Integration with Freshdesk

We have added a support chat widget to the SC portal and a Freshdesk knowledge-based article

Feature 3: Updates for the Service Pricing UI and functionality

Feature 4: The use of “https” when entering a website during SC profile creation is not needed anymore

Feature 5: Rearranged the tabs in order to make the profile setup process more logical

Feature 6: The ICP page is added to the profile setup menu and included in the profile completion calculation

Feature 1: Drag and drop software in the system grid

Introduction:

We have improved our user interface so that software can be easily rearranged by drag and drop to match the flow.

Feature 2: Core software in the system grid

Introduction:

A mandatory field named Core software is added to the system grid. This means that all other software depends on the Core software.

Feature 3: Buy Now & Pay Later pricing plan for Software Consultants

Introduction:

Software consultants can fully experience Coachbar without immediate payment.

Feature 4: Integration with Hubspot - Two-way synchronization

Introduction:

We are pleased to announce that the feature to synchronize data between Coachbar and Hubspot is now available!

Feature 1: Worldwide option added to Operating Countries

It is now possible to indicate global operation in the software consultant portal.

Feature 3: Add software manually

Introduction:

You can now manually add software if you cannot find it in our system grid list.

Feature 1: SC Portal enhancements

Introduction:
  • Ability to add software by request: When a software request is added, it immediately appears in the user's specialization, allowing them to continue their work. Once the request is approved by the Coachbar team, the software becomes available for all other users
  • Removed duplications in software specialization
  • The request to add new industries to the list of supported industries can be made
  • Ability to add a country flag in locations as a separate object
  • Updated input for the phone number: now any number (with/without spaces) can be added without errors
  • Claim profile search optimization
  • Added a new general setting section for setting up statuses and categories for software providers with whom the software consultant has a partnership
  • Added a new section: My Providers: a list of all software providers with whom the software consultant has partnered
