Yes, we have a monthly payment option. The prices of the plans with monthly payment are listed below. The incremental cost is to cover the additional back-office costs of administering these payments, and the reality that ChannelBoost invests heavily with our team’s time in the first quarter and we need to be confident our customers are not dropping out before the end of the subscription year.
Yes, plans will automatically renew on the same plan level on an annual basis. You will receive a notice 30 days prior to renewal so that you can make any needed adjustments to your plan.
Generally speaking, ChannelBoost does not offer refunds for subscription services.
No. Plans remain with the legal entity during the subscription year, and cannot be transferred to another legal entity.
You can downgrade your plan only at the end of your subscription year. When you downgrade, you start a new annual subscription and your subscription renewal date changes according to your new start date. When you downgrade, any unused add-on credits expire and do not move to your new subscription.
You can cancel your plan at the end of your subscription year. No cash refunds will be given. If you decide to cancel, please contact your account manager at least 60 days prior to your renewal so that we can wind down your program.
If you are not satisfied with one of your services, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to make it right.
